Sun Metal Jewelry Brings Lightweight Earrings to Everyone

The Rickie Report has found a jewelry manufacturer who makes lightweight metal earrings which are not only fashionable but fun to wear.  Diana and Ted Damiano of Sun Metal Jewelry  make it hard to choose a pair with such a vast inventory. Each piece is hand made by this husband and wife team.  They will be at Wellington Art Society’s Annual ArtFest Fine Art and Fine Craft Show January 5th and 6th.

Diana and Ted Damiano design and handcraft fun, lightweight and beautiful metal earrings and pendants.  She tells us, “We scour vintage shops, catalogs, and bead shows for metal pieces we can use in our designs.” Speaking with Diana is truly inspiring.   Her sunny disposition must be the reason for the name of their business!

Their inventory is vast!  Diana  tells us, “Because we are always finding new metals, we are constantly dreaming up new styles!”

She goes on to share, “The ear wires are surgical steel but by using plated metals, we can sell the earrings at a reasonable price. This way other earring lovers can afford to join us in our personal mission to have 365 different designs – one for every day of the year!”  We want to join in her mission, too!!

What if you don’t see anything you like?  Ted and Diana bring all their metal pieces to each show they attend – so earrings and pendants can be customized for each client.  “When a client invents a new style, we name it after them on our website!”, she says.

Earrings and Pendant Set

Far from keeping this couple home bound while producing, Diana states, “We participate in Arts and Crafts shows over 40 weekends per year!  Our permanent home is in Palm Bay, Florida so we attend shows all over Florida during the winter and then travel out west (Washington, Oregon, California and Colorado) during the summer.”

Ted and Diana will be at the Wellington Art Society’s juried ArtFest on the Green in Wellington  January 5 & 6  and at the Royal Palm Art & Music Festival March 9 & 10.   Contact Sun Metal Jewelry by email: sunmetaljewelry@gmail.com , www.facebook.com/SunMetalJewelry, or www.SunMetalJewelry.com
