Southern Handcraft Society, Pineapple Grove Chapter, Delray Beach is over 20 years old. We have over 60 members consisting of local artists and crafts people and are welcoming to newcomers. We meet the first Wednesday of each month at the Senior Center at Veterans Park at 7 pm. We hope you will stop by!

All items are hand made right here in Florida and are one-of-a-kind works of art.

We have gift and holiday items including Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, and Christmas…along with items that are appropriate for any occasion.

We also feature food and candy items along with spectacular raffle baskets.

Come see us and prepare to be amazed at our local talent.

“We are a group of extremely talented and crafty people who create paintings, cards, journals, jewelry, knitted items, dolls, stuffed animals, quilts, etc. We’re friendly! We’re very funny and we always welcome new members”, they tell The Rickie Report.

The Southern Handcraft Society, Pineapple Grove Chapter, Delray Beach, will be having its 23rd annual juried art and craft show.  “An Olde Fashioned Holiday” takes place at the Vintage Gymnasium, Delray Beach Center for the Arts (Old School Square).  The Delray Beach Center for the Arts is on NE 1st Street and NE 1st Avenue in Delray Beach.

Each year, there is a “limited edition” tree, that has a special themed tree ornament. We only make 100 ornaments and each ornament has a number (from 1 to 100). Some people buy their favorite number each year for their tree as a tradition. Customers wait in line the first day of the show to make sure they get their numbers!
