This is a terrific artist networking organization for artists to meet, learn new techniques and enjoy creating together.

Invites You To A:

“Paint Around”

Thursday, May  12th

6 pm

Boca Raton Community Center

150 Crawford Blvd. Boca Raton, Fl

How a “Paint-around” Works:

4 or 5 artists will stand in a circle at easels and start a painting. They may have it lightly sketched in. Each painter will work for 10 minutes, and then each will move to the right and paint on that piece of art for 10 minutes, and so on, until it comes back to the original painter, who will have a few minutes to finish it up. Then there will be a raffle and the first winner will have the option to pick one of the paintings, then the next, next, and next, until they are all selected. The proceeds from the raffle will support the workings of PBWS. Spectators are welcome!  Non-members: $2 to attend.
Attendees will also receive a free goodie in terms of some kind of art supply.

  • Memberships in the PBWS are $40, available now.

  • There will be a members’ show at the Delray Beach Public Library in September.

  • The first meeting of the Fall will be October 20th.

  • Paint-ins will resume in November.

  • 3 multi-day workshops coming up at the Boynton Women’s Club in December, January and February
