Las Olas Part II returns to Ft. PA artist Benjamin Frey’s “Rooms with a View” is a Watercolor Pencil drawing over antique book pages and acrylic paint, inks, pigments and stains. The collaged pages taken from 19th century encyclopedia, schoolbooks, sheet music all relate to the theme of the painting.
