Boca Raton Branch National League of Pen Women Features “Art of The Masters” With Bea Doone-Merena

Join the Boca Raton Branch National League of Pen Women for a delicious luncheon and a one-of-a-kind art program.  Bea Doone-Merena will share the story of her fascinating art career and discuss some of the oil painting techniques that she learned from studying 16th – 18th century Masters of art.  Bea is referred to as  the “Master Painter and Painter of the Masters” because when you see her exquisite creations, you think you are in a museum!  This is a wonderful opportunity to network with other visual artists, performing artists, musicians, composers and authors.  The Rickie Report recommends you make your reservations quickly, as the deadline is April 7th.  Guests are welcome. We provide the details, some sneak peeks and the registration form with the lunch menu.

As a young girl in grade school, Bea started creating art. She knew back then that art was her calling. Even while raising ten children, Bea pursued her love for painting. Remarkably, she has been teaching herself to master the painting techniques of the Old Masters for years.
