For decades, Judy Eisinger had created stunningly beautiful mixed-media paintings – mostly for others to enjoy.  With her first grandchild on the way, Judy wanted to create something for her son and daughter-in-law to enjoy-something personal, and binding, between them and the new baby, Ethan. “I just wanted to create a work of art that always reminded them of the love and joy of being parents.” she says.  Thus was born.

As babies grow up, Judy realized that their room’s decor changes as well!  At Wellington ArtFest, she will unveil her newest artwork for children’s’ rooms.  These bold and bright prints are ready to frame and reasonably priced.

Impressionism is not a movement; it is a philosophy of lifeMax Libermann

Judy tells The Rickie Report, “For me, art has always evolved from impressions of life, rather than a strict rendering of a given subject. In every new painting, I love the ebb and flow of line and bold colors, the power of less is more, and the ways simplicity and boldness together can magically evoke sensation”.

She explains, “To make these wonderful discoveries and impressions, I begin with the traditional paper and pencil emboldened by techniques using new technology. This method gives me the freedom to focus on being truly imaginative and unbounded, in my approach to the subject, in my process, in my technique”.

“My style of painting may have changed over the years, but my fascination with the human condition as a subject matter has not. My favorite figure painting was done in college—an aging female model wearing the scars of life. The first painting I ever sold in the early ‘70s was of a homeless man in the depth of a Cleveland winter.   I paint because it’s what I love to do, and always have.  My first painting was in third grade. My last one, thankfully, is yet to come”, Judy relates.

Judy attended Kent State University (Bachelor of Fine Arts/ minor in education), Cleveland Institute of Art and Cooper School of Art.  Her professional career includes: Yudit Design; Daniels & Roberts Ad Agency, Boca Raton; Lion Greeting Cards, Tel Aviv, Israel; Griswold-Eshelman Advertising, Cleveland, Ohio; and Penton Publishing, Cleveland, Ohio.   Judy is an Adjunct Professor at Palm Beach State College, “Designing on the MAC”.

Judy is  the author and illustrator of ” !SEE!  Whatever I want a line to be, children’s book on creativity” and has taken awards in many exhibitions.  Judy’s work has been seen  at:  Florida Artist, Anti-Defamation League juried exhibition, ArtWorks ADL: Justice, Advocacy & Art, Whole Foods, SOLO Exhibit, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, ‘Playbill’ cover winner, City of Delray, ‘First Night’ poster winner, Wellington Art Society, poster winner, Palm Beach County Art in Public Places – Airport, Dole Foods, three 30 second ‘Bobby Banana’ TV spots, American Advertising Federation, Silver ADDYs and People Choice Award, Progressive Insurance, First place poster winner, Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport, 36 painting commission,  Artist Cooperative, Cleveland, Ohio, One-Woman show and City of Cleveland Heights, Annual Report poster winner.

Judy’s artwork can be found in Private collections, United States, Israel, Sweden, Hungary; City of West Palm Beach; Palms West Hospital and Seagull Industries for the Disabled.
