Presented by the Armory Art Center it features juried local and out-of-town artists, live music, demonstrations, food trucks, and activities for all ages! Scheduled at the perfect time for holiday shopping, with over 90 tents throughout the Armory’s campus. 35th Edition Of ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival Opens Call To Artists. Offering More Prize Awards And 2 Day Event, Including Emerging Artist Category

The Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce is accepting artists’ applications at zapplication.org for the 35th edition of the ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival scheduled for February 15-16, 2020, in Jupiter. Artists can apply for jury selection in 12 fine art categories including Ceramics, Digital Art, Drawing and Printmaking, Fiber (Wearable and Non-Wearable), Glass, Jewelry, Mixed Media, Painting, Photography, Sculpture and Wood.

 

 

ArtiGras also offers the “Emerging Artist” category for local artists. This program offers selected developing artists mentoring services, professional booth photos and complimentary tent rental. Qualifications include artists who have never exhibited in a show and reside in the Palm Beach County area. Emerging Artist applicants should proceed in the same manner as professional artists and submit their artwork online through zapplication.org.

 

Deadline for artists to apply online for inclusion in ArtiGras is Wednesday, September 18

 

Ranked as one of the top 50 art shows in the United States, ArtiGras showcases a unique juried exhibition of 290 fine artists from all over the country. The 35th edition of this outdoor festival will run two-days over Presidents’ Day weekend and will feature interactive art exhibits, children’s activities, live music, youth art and recycling art competitions among other demonstrations. On Saturday, January 26th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, January 27th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m, the Wellington Art Society presents Art Fest on the Green, a celebration of creativity and artistic excellence bringing art and community together in a beautiful outdoor setting.  The juried fine art and fine craft show will feature artists from around the country showing original artwork across multiple mediums, including painting, sculpture, pottery, jewelry, textiles, photography and more. Many artists will be working on site.

The 55 fine artists participating in the festival were selected for their creativity, mastery of technique, and level of excellence. Awards for Excellence will be presented to Artists for Best in Show, 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place and Honorable Mentions.

Art Fest on the Green gives visitors an opportunity to interact with the artists, learn more about their creative process, different mediums and techniques, and hear about the artists inspiration and accomplishments. Face to face contact with the artists in a beautiful setting adds to the wonderful lifetime experience of owning artwork and creates an extra dimension to the artwork.

 

Children of all ages will have fun creating their own original work of art to take home at the “Young at Art” Children’s Art Activity Area.  Live acoustic music will be performed by popular Professional local and regional musicians during Show hours. Food Trucks will be on site offering a variety of delicious food.

It is a fantastic opportunity to support the arts, take home original works of art, and have a great story to share about the artists and their work.

Art Synergy V Announces Events, Participating Artists January 17 -21, 2018 And A School Supply Drive

A snapshot of events coming up for art Synergy V ArtPalmBeach from January 17 through 21st includes several exciting  additions to the schedule of events!  We’ll partner with Old School Square in bringing a hands-on art project for children to the Convention Center where they will be able to create art and exhibit in the booth during the show! We will be offering free tickets to the fair for the children and their parents.  Each evening after the close of the fair, we have scheduled events with our District Partners in Lake Worth, Delray, West Palm and Lake Park.  The Rickie Report shares the details and the list of artists accepted to art Synergy V’s Exhibit which takes place at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach. Art Synergy has partnered with Eagle Arts Academy in Wellington to gather donations for school supplies for the children that have come to South Florida from Puerto Rico.  The new logo says it all….“art Synergy  We Aspire To Inspire”.  Kudos to all!

Art Synergy has partnered with Eagle Arts Academy in Wellington to gather donations for school supplies for the children that have come to South Florida from Puerto Rico. As of this week, Eagle Arts Academy has received 35 children from Puerto Rico, including 16 this week alone. They have spent over $5K in hotel housing support, funded by a GoFundMe account, to house the new families that were devastated by Hurricane Maria. The school is K_* and are in need of backpacks and supplies for these children. You can drop them off at The Box Gallery during business hours.
