The 9th annual HotWorks.org Boca Raton Art Show™ takes place on January 27 & 28, 2018.  It has been voted one of the Top 100 Art Shows in America!  Professional artist applications are due by September 29th.  There is $1,500 in professional artist awards! The Rickie Report shares the details and some photos of previous winners. Institute for the Arts & Education is the 501c3 non-profit organization that focuses on visual arts, ethnic diversity, community enrichment and fostering art education among youth. As part of our commitment to bring art education into the Boca Raton Fine Art Show, we encourage students in grades 6-12 or ages 9-19 to enter his/her original and personally handmade art that is publicly displayed in the “Budding Artists Competition” tent, which is a 10’x20’ area within the art show. There is $250 in Budding Artists as students are exposed to the rules and entrepreneurship of doing art shows for a living. Deadline to apply is December 15, 2017. Continuum WPB Arts Extends Deadline To Artists And Kicks Off VIP Black Tie And Sneaker Event

CONTINUUM WPB Arts is a temporary pop-up art exhibition and event in the Arts & Entertainment Downtown area of West Palm Beach, Florida that is coordinated & curated by A.T.B. Fine Artists & Designers LLC (ATB) from January 19 – January 28, 2017. Call For Entries To “All Florida”, As The Box Gallery Announces Upcoming Grand Opening

Rolando Chang Barrero will open his third gallery in 5 years. The Box Gallery slated to open on June 3-5, 2016 is a 4,000 square feet multi-media exhibition space that will serve the art community and art patrons with world class exhibitions, projections, performance art, and installation art.  The Box Gallery will have a Grand Opening from June 3 through June 5th. The 3 day grand opening of the gallery will showcase the potential and the possibilities of the space. Beginning on June 3rd the space will spotlight the “All Florida Exhibition”, the exhibition continues on June 4th with a series of projections and performances. On Sunday a “Think Tank” is expected to gather writers, visual artists, and curators to discuss the future of the space and the benefits to the community.

ALL FLORIDA Exhibition 2016, June 3-26, 2016 is a multi media exhibition and sale of exceptional work created and made by professional artists from the State of Florida. The All Florida Exhibition is the Inaugural Exhibition of the Box Gallery. VIP Reception and programing will be presented throughout the exhibition dates June 3-24, 2016.

*Some performances and presentations will be scheduled on June 3rd and 4th and/or on June 10-11, and/or June 17-18

All artists wishing to participate are required to submit an application to the The Box Gallery and must apply online.


ALL FLORIDA EXHIBITION 2016 is open to all professional artists who reside and work in the State of Florida working in the following mediums:

  • Visual Art: 2D, 3D ,4D (Kinetic-Movement , sound, light)
  • Performance Art, Video, Film, and Musical Performance
  • All work under 10 feet in height will be considered.
  • Artist may be responsible for installation of their work depending on complexity.

All artists wishing to participate are required to submit an application and must apply online.

The non-refundable fee for the online application is $25
per submission as follows:
2D works one image per work
3D works 2 images per work

Kinetic work, sound installations, video, film, performance art, and music must send 1 link and support material.

The deadline to apply is May 1, 2016.

All work to be exhibited must be well conceived, expertly executed, and arrive ready to hang or professionally presented.
All work should reflect the individuality of the artist or group presenting.


Photography, lithographs, works created in series, etc must be numbered and accompanied by certificate of authenticity by artist.

Notification of acceptance to the exhibition will be sent via email on or before May 10, 2016.
All work must be delivered to The Box Gallery within 10 days of notification of acceptance and must be picked up from The Box Gallery on June 26, 2016.

Works not picked within a 10 day grace period; July 6, 2016, will incur a $10 storage fee starting from June 26 up to July 16, 2016 which must be paid at time of pick up. All work left after July 16, 2016 becomes the property of The Box Gallery and may be donated, sold, or dispersed of.

A contract and other forms will be sent to those accepted into the ALL FLORIDA EXHIBITION 2016.

**All submitted 2D or hanging works must be wired and ready for hanging, loose flat work not framed (I.e. prints, photographs, etc.) will not be acceptable entries.**
2D, 3D, 4D (Kinetic/Time Based), Sound, Video/Film, Music, and Performance Art

The images submitted must fully reflect the work to be exhibited in the gallery.

An artist who works in more than one media category, must submit an application in each category.

If one application is accepted, only that work in that category will be exhibited.

The Box Gallery will not be held responsible for damage, theft, or loss of your work.
