Gold Coast Watercolor Society Opens New Call To All Watermedia Artists Including Non-Members For “Wet Paint” Exhibit. Offering Large Cash Prizes Don’t Miss The Opening Reception Thursday, March 7, 2024 At Ft. Lauderdale Downtown Main Library

All watermedia artists are eligible to enter their paintings for the Gold Coast Watercolor Society’s upcoming exhibit, “Wet Paint”. A wide variety of watermedia is encouraged with large cash prizes!  The Juried Exhibit “Wet Paint” will be on exhibit at the Fort Lauderdale Downtown Main Library in Gallery 6 from March 2nd through March 30th.The Rickie Report shares the details and application as well as some views of previous exhibitors. Deadline for “ Wet Paint” online entry is February 26th . Award reception is Thursday March 7th. Remember, all Receptions are open to the public! GCWS now allows: Gallery wrapped canvas (no staples showing), wood or canvas panels and cradled board. Wood or canvas flat panels must be framed. All paintings not protected by plexi or glass can now be varnished.
