Zen, Arts, and Music Festival (ZAM Fest) Offers Free 2 Day Multicultural Event Saturday, April 23 And Sunday, April 24 In Port St. Lucie For All Ages
The Zen, Arts and Music Festival (ZAM Fest) is a free two-day multicultural event that highlights dance, music and family-friendly activities. Concertgoers will experience music from two stages at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center from nationally renowned musicians to local favorites. Free admission and parking on Saturday, April 23 and Sunday, April 24. The Rickie Report shares the details and photos.

Bring your own chair.
You may bring a low-back, folding beach/camping chair to use at the festival.
Sorry, but absolutely no poolside lounges, lazy boys, banquet/folding metal chairs or inflatable furniture allowed on festival grounds.

Kevin Beatkeeper – Drumming
ZAM Fest will feature a kids’ zone, food vendors and artisans. Children will enjoy face painting, craft projects, glitter tattoos, fairy hair, trackless train rides, bounce houses, an obstacle course and a petting zoo. Port St. Lucie’s most popular food trucks will dish out fan favorites such as barbecue, mac n’ cheese, collard greens, specialty egg rolls, burgers, wings, seafood and delicious desserts. Adult beverages also will be available for purchase. Paintings, sculptures, jewelry, pottery and photography will be on display. Find your zen by taking free yoga and dancing to the hypnotic sounds of a drum circle!
Kids Activities
Grammy Award-winning country supergroup Diamond Rio is Saturday’s headliner. Fans can kick up their heels to hit singles, “How Your Love Makes Me Feel,” “One More Day,” “Beautiful Mess,” “Unbelievable” and more. Other multicultural artists are set to play throughout the day, including Apollo Vega, Caribbean American Cultural Group, Inc., jazz saxophonist Gary Palmer, Reggae Rainfall Band and The Groove Soul Band.

The Event Center Plaza transforms into a 90s hip-hop party on Sunday when rap duo Tag Team and celebrity rapper Tone Loc take the stage. Fans can expect to hear chart-topping hits “Whoomp! (There It Is),” “Wild Thing,” “Funky Cold Medina” and many more during a fun-filled night. Five bands will warm up the audience, including Joette’s Strings Music Studio, Will Vaughn, 2 Saxy with Harry & Leslie Fager, Saxophonist Bruce M. Bernstein and Tomasito Cruz Band.
