Delray Art League Is Back With A New Location, New Mediums Of Artwork Being Accepted, Exciting New Plans With “Summer In The City” And “Art Scape In The City”! New Members Welcome!

The Delray Art League (DAL) is BACK with a NEW LOCATION, NEW MEDIUMS of artwork being accepted, TWO NEW season events for 2021-2022!  NEW MEMBERS are welcome (enjoy some special perks) and NON-MEMBERS can participate in “Summer In The City” and “Art Scape In The City” at the Big Apple Bazaar on Atlantic Avenue.  The excitement begins Saturday July 17 and Sunday, July 18.  The Rickie Report shares the details and urges artists to sign up now!  Admission is free for art lovers, spectators, browsers, their family and guests!  DAL brings us the coolest Art Show in the area this summer!

Delray Art League is a group of fine artists, sculptors and photographers whose mission is to promote the development of visual arts by awarding scholarships and art supplies to local arts students and provide member artist indoor and outdoor venues to showcase their art.  







The Delray Art League continues its 55 years + mission of encouraging and sharing the visual arts as well as fundraising for Arts Education.  Over the past decade the Delray Art League has contributed over $120,000 to Fund Art Education Programs in Palm Beach County. This season we hope to significantly increase that support with your help and participation.










Premium Members – Indoor & Outdoor Events:




  • We will be using ZAPP online for all juried indoor and outdoor events such as ‘Summer In The City’ and ‘Art Scape In The City’ for the 2021-2022 season.
  • The indoor and outdoor event jury process will be completed through ZAPP utilizing your online profile.
  • Create your ZAPP user profile online here and upload images of your work and also an image of your outdoor booth setup.
  • The jury team will review all applications for all indoor and outdoor shows using ZAPP unless otherwise specified.
  • ‘Summer In The City’ – Indoor space size is approximately 10×12, retail slat wall is useable and requires approved slat wall hooks.
  • Slat wall hooks are available from the Show Team and are required to use the slat wall to prevent damage.
  • Indoor booths include electricity, display cases, WI-FI access, and overnight security.
  • ‘Art Scape In The City’ – Outdoor space size is 10×10, white tents will only be allowed, no pavement stakes, 4 corner weights that must be >25 lbs.
  • Tents should also have side walls and covered overnight on Friday.
  • Friday overnight security will be provided outdoors.
  • Non-Members must submit a certificate of insurance for liability using the form
  • Active members in good standing are not required to submit a certificate of insurance as indoor and outdoor liability insurance is included in membership.













About Delray Art League:

General meetings are held on the second Monday of the month from October through April in the Delray Beach Parks & Recreation Building: 50 NW 1st Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444 – from 6:45 –  8:00 pm. 

The Delray Art League was established as a non-profit 501 3C in 1965.Over the past 12 years, the league has donated 10% of its profits — equaling over 150, 000 — to help fund art programs in Palm Beach County. These include organizations for children and adults with disabilities. This year, through the Lori Lee Doty Art Education Fund, the league will add art-related initiatives for survivors of breast cancer and their families.
