The Palm Beach Watercolor Society (PBWS) offers two 3-day virtual workshops with watercolor artists, Lian Quan Zhen (January 14-16) and David Daniels (February 10-12).  These workshops are open to members and non-members, so  get your calendars out and register now!  In addition, art lovers can enjoy the free virtual demo with Lian Quan Zhen on Thursday, January 14 in the evening.  The Rickie Report shares the details about these events and reminds you that twice a month you can draw or paint with a model.  If you are a watermedia artist, check out this fabulous artist networking organization!

 Our meetings are on the second Thursday of every month with a live demo at every meeting.

 

Join us on Thursday, January 14  when Lian Quan Zhen gives his demo from  6 – 8:30 pm

Reservations can be paid in advance by check (payable to PBWS) or by PayPal.

 

To pay using PayPal, our account is our email address, which is pbws2021@gmail.com.

We ask that you sign up for 2 sessions at a time; should you miss a session you will have a credit that will roll over to your next session.

 

You do not have to have Zoom downloaded on your computer, phone or tablet all you have to do is click on the link on the invite letter that will be sent out the a day prior to the paint in.

Below is a general format for the paint-in which is open to change based on input from attendees:

• 3-5 two minute poses ( warm up)

• 2 five minute poses

• 2 ten minute poses

• Several 20 minutes poses to allow you time to paint. This is a new experience for us so please be patient as we figure out the process during the first session.
