Innovative Focus Of Visual Art Exhibit And Performing Arts Event On Black History At Center For Creative Education Brings Generations Together

The Center For Creative Education celebrates Black History with a visual arts exhibit that spans generations and visionaries.  The Opening Reception on Friday, February 28 coincides with the Opening Performance of “BLACK WALL STREET, The Play”, the dramatized telling of the 1921 Tulsa, Oklahoma massacre and destruction of one of the wealthy black communities of the 20th Century.  Tickets to the play are also available on Saturday, February 29. The art exhibit continues through the end of March.  The Rickie Report shares the details and some sneak peeks.  Kudos to the CCE for bringing such a moving, insightful combination to the community!
