Back by popular demand, Jason and Nicole Newsted bring their affinity for the arts to the Lighthouse ArtCenter through various art forms: painting, drawing, glassworks and music. The couple’s Peace + Love 2020 Exhibition opens fittingly on Valentine’s Day with an Opening Reception on Friday, February 14. Two special musical performances will benefit the ArtCenter’s ‘Raising the Roof’ Capital Campaign on February 15 & 29. The couple’s Peace + Love 2020 Exhibition opens fittingly on Valentine’s Day with an opening reception from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the Lighthouse ArtCenter Gallery. Tickets are $5 per person at the door or free to Lighthouse ArtCenter members. In conjunction with the exhibit, Jason Newsted will perform two benefit concerts.

Peace + Love 2020 will exhibit the talented Nicole Newsted’s brightly colored and whimsical paintings, filling three of the galleries with her brilliant work. Legendary rock musician and multi-media artist Jason Newsted will show large and small-scale works in the main gallery. The Chophouse Band, led by Newsted on guitar and lead vocal, will perform original and classic Americana selections. In this once-in-a-lifetime exhibition, guests will enjoy Newsted’s adventurous musical stylings surrounded by the couple’s art.
