Hotworks Boca Raton Fine Art Show™ Presents Two Shows: November 3 & 4, 2018 Plus January 26 & 27, 2019. Youth Art Competition Entries Are Now Open For Both Shows!

Hotworks Boca Raton Fine Art Show™ Budding Artist Competitions give young artists two golden opportunities to begin learning the rules of participating in professional art shows and exhibitions. They will be exposed to the opportunity of creating art for a living – doing something they love to do and, most importantly, how to do it! The Fall Show at the Mizner Amphitheater takes place November 3 & 4, 2018 and will feature student artists ages 5 – 13 (grades K – 8).   The January Show in Downtown Boca Raton takes place January 26 & 27, 2019 and will feature student artists ages 9 to 19 (grades 6-12).  These art shows provide unmatched learning experiences, and show students artwork they might not have otherwise seen. Young artists are encouraged to speak with the artists in the show – all professionals – and to ask them questions about participating in art shows as a career.  The Rickie Report shares the details for both events.  Deadline For Fall Show: October 10, 2018.  Deadline For January Show: January 3, 2019We hope you will share this and encourage children to apply!

In addition to cash prizes, each winner receives a beautiful, colorful, two-foot-long ribbon.  The Youth Art awards are presented by Executive Producer Patty Narozny.  She tells The Rickie Report, “I begin with, ‘Thank you for submitting your Youth Art entries. Please understand that art is subjective. Even the best artists are not accepted into all the art shows they want to participate, nor do they win a prize in every show they do. For the Youth Artists who do not win, keep creating the art that you love, please do not give up. Please congratulate those who do win’.”  To date, more than 1,325 students have participated in this program.
