June Classes:
Saturday June 2nd – No Class
Wednesday June 6th Introduction to Fusing 6-8pm $75– Patti
*Beginner Level*
In this two hour session participants will learn about the basics of glass fusing, and work with a variety of glass materials including glass frits, powders, and stringers. You will complete your very own fused glass coaster. Each piece will be a one-of-a-kind functional piece of art. The completed fired pieces will be available for pick-up the following week. All materials are included
Saturday June 9th – Open Fusing Workshop 10am-2pm $45 – Phil & Patti
*Fusing Experience REQUIRED*
Create a STUNNING fused glass project of your choice! Come in with your idea, and Patti or Phil will help you make your dream project a reality. They will help you determine design, materials, and kiln firings – which you can pay for separately. Experience is required – both beginning fusing knowledge and cutting experience is required. This is also a GREAT way to meet other fusing fanatics! Note: Materials and kiln firings not included
NEW Wednesday June 13th – Fused Glass Cacti 6-8pm $75- Patti
*Cutting Experience Required*
Design and create your very own cacti garden! In this fun & creative class students will create two potted fused glass cacti. Students will use sheet glass, wire, murrine, and other fused glass accessories to crate these charming southwest inspired “plants.” All materials and kiln firings included.
Saturday June 16th – LAB: Cold working Basics for Fusers 9am-12pm $25 – Phil
*Beginner Level*
In this 3-hour watch and learn experience students will learn how to use cold working tools in order to create a professional looking finished project. Take your fused art glass to the next level!
NEW Wednesday June 20th – Fused Glass Nightlights 6-8pm $65 – Patti
*Cutting Experience Required*
This is the perfect class for gift-giving! Create adorable fused glass nightlights in this fast-paced fusing class. Students will create two nightlights with the subject matter of their choice. Think owls, elephants and lovable kid’s room characters! Each student will create two night lights and all materials and kiln firings are included

Wednesday June 27th – Cutting Course 6pm-9pm $65-Phil
*Beginner Level*
In this three hour course Phil will teach students about different cutting & breaking tools, how to cut glass, and the do’s & don’ts of cutting glass. The class will end with a brief overview of a helpful cutting tool, The Morton System. This class is perfect for students who have taken an entry level fusing, mosaic, or stained glass class and are looking to improve or brush up on cutting skills. After taking this course, students should be comfortable enough with cutting to start working on pieces on their own. A 15% discount will be offered on cutting tools!
NEW Saturday June 30th – 3-D Mosaic Flamingoes 9am-3pm $150 Taylor & Suzanne
*Beginner Level*
Create an adorable, 3-dimensional yard flamingo out of mosaic art glass. This fun & creative class will teach you the basic fundamentals of the direct-method mosaic process. Students will leave class will a decorative lawn flamingo like nobody has ever seen!

NEW Saturday July 14th Mastering the Masters: Van Gogh & Georgia O’Keefe 9am – 3pm $150
*Cutting Skills Required*
Do you love the Masters? In this class, you will learn how to turn selected Van Gogh paintings into a workable glass pattern to cut and create your own masterpiece, and play with the techniques required turning a Georgia O’Keefe canvas into a fused glass piece of art of your own! Cutting experience required.

A fast and easy way to learn the art of stained glass! Learn to create 3-piece stained glass sailboats in just ONE DAY!

Saturday July 28th – Impressionistic Landscapes in Fused Glass 9am-3pm $150- Patti

Think Monet! Be inspired by the beautiful landscapes and let your imagination create a serene scene made entirely of glass frits, stringers & powders. Students will learn fusing basics, as well as how to use fusing accessories such as stringers, frits and powders to bring life to their landscape. All materials and kiln firings are included.
