Julie Silk Beaumont, muralist and owner of Village Art Studios says, “I saw the potential of creating a local, neighborhood art-centered outdoor painting event especially for our year-round residents or ‘sunbirds’, so we intentionally scheduled the event before the arrival of the busy ‘snowbird’ season.”
