HotWorks.org Calls For 2D and 3D Art For 9th Annual Boca Raton Fine Art Show™ January 27 -28, 2018

HotWorks.org Presents the 9th Annual Boca Raton Fine Art Show™ on January 27 & 28, 2018 located in Downtown Boca Raton, FL at Sanborn Square Park. $1,500 in Professional Artists Awards plus the Budding Artist Competition for grades 6-12 or ages 9-19; a program which encourages students to create their original and personally handmade art; $250 in cash prizes.  The Rickie Report shares the details and urges you to mark your calendars!

 

 

 

9th Annual The Boca Raton Fine Art Show™

 

 

 

January 27 & 28, 2018

Saturday & Sunday, 10 am – 5 pm daily

Sanborn Square Park on East Boca Raton Road and NE 1st Avenue.

Roads close at 3pm Friday, January 26 to 10pm, Sunday, January 28

 

 

 

 

The Boca Raton Fine Art Show™ has been voted in the top 100 art fairs in the nation.  Up to 135 juried fine art & fine craft artists, ensuring all work is original and personally handmade by the artists present at the show.
All discipline of art is for sale – paintings, sculpture, clay, glass, fiber, wood, jewelry, photography & more.

Juried by art professionals with 120+ years combined experience. Criteria for jurying is technique/execution, originality, and booth appearance. $1,500 in Professional Artist Awards – plus, each winning artist receives a beautiful, 2’ long ribbon. Budding Artist Competition for grades 6-12 or ages 9-19; a program which encourages students to create their original and personally handmade art; $250 in cash prizes.

 

 

 

 
Professional artist applications are accepted electronically via Zapplication.org or “manual” application.

The deadline to apply is September 13.

As part of our commitment to bring art education into the community, a Budding Artist Competition encourages students in grades 6-12 or ages 9-19 to create their original and personally handmade art. All entries are publicly displayed under a large tent labeled, “Budding Artist Competition“. Students are exposed to, and begin to learn the rules of, being part of a professional art show. $250 in Youth Art Awards will be presented on Sunday at 3pm.

The deadline to apply is December 15.
