McMow Art Glass Announces Call For Entries “Glass As Art Competition”
McMow Art Glass is excited to be hosting its 17th Annual Glass as Art Contest on Thursday, April 21st from 6-8pm. Each year, this contest has grown with incredible talent and wonderful sponsors from all facets of the art world. Once again, we will be donating $2 from EACH entry fee to support The Shari Lynn Soldano-Carney Scholarship Fund. This scholarship fund supports glass art education for a student in need! McMow Art Glass is proud to partner with Shari’s family to honor her memory. Each April, in conjunction with the Glass as Art Contest a scholarship recipient will be awarded. This scholarship will be utilized to provide a comprehensive glass arts education to a local student in need. The Rickie Report shares the details of this contest and urges all levels of artists to enter! We also share some photos from last year’s exhibit.
