In addition to the standard popular drawing and painting classes the Art School is offering appetizer short courses for beginners including Pastels with Roxene Sloate and Creative Book Arts with Andrea Huffman. Most appetizer courses are just $135.

Scott Avidon of BANG GLASS STUDIOS is joining the faculty to teach glass fusing on Wednesday evenings. Scott brings a wealth of talent with 15 experience designing for brands including Steuben, Waterford, and Kenneth Cole before relocating to Boca Raton.

Originally offered as an appetizer course Barbara Brown’s Clay Figure Sculpture class is an exciting addition to the Art School. Starting in January there will be both an afternoon and evening class.
Create Clay Sculptures
With over 100 classes each month there is something for everyone from absolute beginners to experienced artist. Studio classes are conducted in eight areas: book making, ceramics, drawing, jewelry arts, painting, digital photography and video, print making, and sculpture. The Art School is a community of people interested in art.
