Artists In Florida Calls For All Media In Juried Exhibition. Deadline December 7th.
Artists in Florida is proud to announce its new home, Galleria Gilda, located at 2211 North Dixie Highway, Lake Worth,FL. The Opening Exhibit’s theme is ” Taking What It Gives You”. The Juror is Jerry Rabinowitz, a South Florida based commercial and fine art photographer with National and International acclaim. The Rickie Report shares the details for you to Meet the Juror on November 3oth; attend the Grand Opening of Galleria Gilda on December 9th plus an Awards Reception on December 16th. What You Need To Know:
- Theme: “Taking what it gives you”
- Judge of the exhibition will be Jerry Rabinowitz
- You can meet the judge and hear his talking presentation on the theme plus you can bring in some art work to show as a group discussion for feedback on November 30, 6:30 to 8:30. $10 for non A.I.F.O members $5.00 for A.I.F.O members
- The Deadline for the call is December 7, 2015
- Notification December 9th.
- Celebrate our Grand Opening on December 9th from 5:30 to 8:30 with wine, cheese and entertainment. See some of Jerry’s work will be on exhibit.Delivery is December 14th
- You can submit on line up to 5 artwork pieces for $30.
- All media is accepted.
- 2D cannot be larger than 18 x 24.
- Please use jpgs images long side 800 pixels at 300 dpi
- We will exhibit 20 to 25 pieces on December 16 with Awards Ceremony. At the new gallery, Galleria Gilda located at 2211 North Dixie Highway, Lake Worth 33460.

Jerry Rabinowitz:
Jerry Rabinowitz, a South Florida based commercial and fine art photographer, specializes in lifestyle, food and architecture. Jerry is the sole photographer of two lifestyle coffee table books on Palm Beach and the Hamptons published by Rizzoli and Abrams. His work is featured in many publications including Palm Beach Illustrated, Naples Illustrated, Florida Design, Architectural Digest, Town and Country as well as a cover story in Rangefinder magazine. Assignments have taken him through Central America, the Maya world, Europe and across the United States. Jerry’s images can be found in galleries, private collections as well as The Library of Congress Historic American Building Survey (HABS). Currently he is working on a personal fine art project concerning created wetlands, soon to be a limited edition book
