Not Included: Passport expenses, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, phone charges and meals other than those specified in the final itinerary; items of a personal nature; excess baggage charges; and all items not specifically mentioned in the itinerary which include airport transfers.
Air transportation is not included. It is the responsibility of each traveler to secure his/her own travel arrangements to and from the Host City including airport transfers and to insure their air travel, transportation arrangements and all land costs.
Identification: Passengers are responsible for carrying valid passports and visas, if necessary, for passage within the destinations described in the itinerary.
Transportation and Accommodations: Land transportation will be by air-conditioned deluxe motor coach. Hotel accommodations are as noted above.
Program Changes: The itinerary is subject to change.
Deposits and Refunds: All deposits are fully refundable up to January 30, 2014. There will be no deposit refunds of any kind after that date.
Balance Due and Refunds: All balances are due in full by February 15, 2014. No monies are refundable after January 30, 2014.
Responsibility/Refund Policy: Elayne and Marvin Mordes t/a Art Adventures, act only as agents for the passengers with respect to the hotels, transportation (either air, motorcoach, limousine, taxi or public conveyance), and all other services, and as such hold themselves free of liability for any injury, delay, cancellation or damage from any cause whatsoever. The Mordes’ t/a Art Adventures accept no responsibility for losses, damages or delays or cancellations occasioned by sickness, strife, war, quarantine, weather or any other acts beyond their control. There are no refunds for this program if any of the above mentioned actions are in anyway the cause for cancellation or delay by either party.
