“I have been taking pictures most of my life. I was mostly a casual photographer taking vacation photos and the like until my first trip to North Carolina. On that trip I discovered the hundreds of waterfalls around the western part of the state and the wonderful scenery of the Blue Ridge Parkway. These places inspired me to become more serious about taking photographs. Since that time I have taken thousands of pictures of anything that I think has something to give to the viewer.”

Bill goes on to tell us, “Photography has been called “art for left brained people”. As a confirmed left brained person landscapes, sunsets and sunrises, animals, flowers, waterfalls and buildings are all items that inspire me to create art.”

Bill is a member of the Carolina Nature Photographers Association, the Indian River Photo Club and the Indian River Photography Meetup Group.
