Not Included: Passport expenses, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, phone charges and meals other than those specified in the final itinerary; items of a personal nature; excess baggage charges; and all items not specifically mentioned in the itinerary which include airport transfers except as noted below. Air transportation is not included. It is the responsibility of each traveler to secure his/her own travel arrangements to and from the Host City including airport transfers other than noted below and to insure their air travel or transportation arrangements.
There will be one bus on Sunday, November 3, 2013 to the Pittsburgh Airport at 7:30. If your itinerary does not allow for this bus service, then each traveler will be responsible to transfer on their own.
Transportation and Accommodations: Land transportation will be by air-conditioned motor coach. Hotel accommodations are as noted above.
Program Changes: The itinerary as herein contained is subject to change.
Balance Due and Refunds:
All balances are due in full by September 15, 2013. There are no Refunds after that date.

Elayne and Marvin Mordes t/a Art Adventures, LLC, act only as agents for the passengers with respect to the hotels, transportation (either air, motorcoach, limousine, taxi or public conveyance), and all other services, and as such hold themselves free of liability for any injury, delay, cancellation or damage from any cause whatsoever. The Mordes’ t/a Art Adventures, LLC accept no responsibility for losses, damages or delays or cancellations occasioned by sickness, strife, war, quarantine, weather or any other acts beyond their control. There are no refunds for this program if any of the above mentioned actions are in anyway the cause for cancellation or delay by either party.
