The Rickie Report wants to share the artwork of an artist who was sent to Viet Nam as an illustrator for the U.S. Air Force.  John Bowen has written a book, “Eleven Months and Nineteen Days” about his experiences and shares some poignant as well as personal views.

When John contacted The Rickie Report about his illustrations and book, it made sense to showcase his work when our country celebrates and acknowledges Veterans.

Supplying The Troops

Many of his drawings are displayed at the U.S.A.F. Academy in Colorado. John is a Signature Member of the Goldcoast Watercolor Society and the Florida Watercolor Society. His works have been showcased in national publications and displayed in public venues, museums and galleries.
