One Woman Show at Clay Glass Metal Stone Gallery
The Rickie Report looks forward to seeing Kathleen Kirschner’s work as the focus of a One Woman Show at Clay Glass Metal Stone Gallery in Lake Worth on August 17th. We know you will not only be moved but inspired by her colorful pieces. Kathleen will be taking commissions during this show as well.
Kathleen Kirschner, Lake Worth Artist and member of Clay Glass Metal Stone Gallery has been given a One Woman Show to celebrate her extraordinary skill as a painter. Her usual works in the gallery are 3-D ensembles of natural materials, many with an anthropomorphic sensibility. She works in collaboration with her brother Rick Cohen and shares a prominent spot in the gallery. The One Woman Show will feature her work as a painter and fine artist.
The exhibition will open at 6:00 PM on Friday, August 17, with a Champagne and Hor D’oeurve reception. The gallery is located at 605 Lake Avenue in Downtown Lake Worth.
Kathleen Kirschner has been creating art and décor for the finest homes throughout Palm Beach County for over 25 years. The gallery will feature Kathleen in her role as fine art painter creating larger scaled pieces for luxury homes as well as mixed media and textile works. The pricing of these pieces is well below standard gallery fare to accommodate the trade.
The multi-talented Kirschner is a sought after designer and technician capable of creating and upholstering furniture, designing clothing and accessories and fabricating and installing draperies and house accents for clients throughout the region. Although her paintings hang in many of their homes, these talents have never before become a featured staple of her enormous capabilities. Dozens of her creations will be on display in the gallery. Commissions will be taken for future works.
